This book is the third collection of poems by Ameer Imam. His poetry points towards new dimensions and perspectives of life. He is well-versed in the art of capturing unique themes in his verses and expressing fresh ideas. His apt use of similes and metaphors reflects the depth of his creative and individualistic mind. Ameer Imam hails from Sambhal, a city in Uttar Pradesh. He was born on 30th June 1984. He holds a Master’s degree in English and is presently engaged in the teaching profession. Ameer Imam is regarded as a representative poet of his generation. His poetry beautifully blends art and imagination. Two of his poetry collections, Naqsh-e-Pa Hawaon Ke and Subah Bakhair Zindagi, have been published and highly appreciated in literary circles. His first collection, Naqsh-e-Pa Hawaon Ke, was honored with the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar.
