Almas Shabi

Almas Shabi is an Urdu-Punjabi poet, author and media personality based in Washington, DC. Her literary work includes ghazals and nazms that explore love, separation, relationships, longing and everyday emotional experiences. She has also written fiction, including the Urdu novel Abhi Hum Tumharay Hain. Her poetry is featured on Rekhta, where she is represented through her ghazals, nazms and other literary works. Alongside her literary work, she is known for her association with radio and television as an anchor and presenter.
